The head of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission says the crypto market structure bill — CLARITY Act — is now very close to being signed into law.
According to the regulator, the bill aims to:
✅ establish clear rules for the crypto industry
✅ define responsibilities between regulators
✅ prevent chaotic policy shifts toward crypto in the future
✅ create a stable legal framework for businesses and investors
The agency plans to push the process “to completion” in the near term.

Ethereum is currently trading in the $1,950-1,990 range. On the daily timeframe, I see support forming at the $1,900 level. If the price holds this level and breaks through $2,050 with good volume, the next target is $2,200-2,300.
