All cryptocurrency transactions carried out between July 1 and July 31, 2026 must be reported by the last business day of the following month (August 31, 2026).
The same rule will apply to the following months. This includes buy, sell, exchange (permuta), transfer, and other movements involving cryptoassets.
Foreign exchanges are required to submit DeCripto regarding any amounts.
You, the investor, are required to submit DeCripto whenever the total of your transactions in the month exceeds R$ 35.000,00, outside a national exchange.
