Now let’s talk about blockchain technology and it’s history

First what is a blockchain technology
A blockchain is a digital type of ledger that is backed by digital ledger technology- a technology that uses cryptography to connect these ledgers/blocks and it is decentralized (it is not owned by a centralized network or needing a third party to be validated)

Even though the first blockchain technology was actually introduced with bitcoin in 2009 by the white paper

The concept of blocks and how data and information can be decentralized had been slowly forming in the early 1900s but hadn’t fully developed into what we all know as block chain technology now

One of earliest birth of what blockchain was invented
in 1979: which is the Markle Tree by a scientist named Ralph Merkle
He brought about verification through a digital signature system that verifies the integrity or large data base using smaller information. It takes larger documents and store them in smaller bits using hashing.

In 1982: David chuam whom is known as the inventor of digital cash and invented ecash an early form of cryptocurrency that later collapsed as it had issues with it being adopted

He used early blockchain technology to enable anonymous payments digitally

In 1991:
A system was developed by Stuart Hober and W. Scott stornett that could not be tampered with and couldn’t be back dated pr future dated
It basically helps timestamp digital documents.

The aim was to record the timestamp of the documents while keeping its privacy without using a time stamping system or service. It was also adopted by markle trees abd used later on.

Then the birth of proof or work (pow )came in 1993 and was published by Cynthia Dwork and Moni Naor as a “computational technique to combat junk mail and control access to a resource in general”.
In decentralized blockchain that verifies transactions without banks

In 1997: Adam Back developed hashcash with this concept and helps right users get the message

Tato zařízení mohou bezpečně a rychle předávat informace.

Kdy jste se někdy zamysleli, jak tento přenos informací nebo fungování obecně probíhá
Odpověď je jednoduše - typy síťových protokolů

Stručně řečeno, internet funguje na neviditelných pravidlech nazývaných typy síťových protokolů (síť je skupina připojených zařízení s cílem předávat informace, mohou být drátová nebo bezdrátová)
To jsou pokyny, které pomáhají digitálnímu světu zůstat organizovaným

Co je to síťový protokol
To je jako jazyk, který zařízení používají, aby si navzájem rozuměla

Když posíláte e-mail, aby se tato zpráva bezpečně a rychle doručila příjemci, je rozdělena na části a používá tato pravidla k jejímu předání, a poté je transformována zpět do původní zprávy pomocí těchto různých

Bez těchto pravidel by byla komunikace online velmi zmatená.

Tyto síťové protokoly jsou souborem standardů, které určují, jak jsou data přenášena mezi různými zařízeními připojenými k téže síti

Tyto protokoly slouží také k regulaci chyb pro bezpečnostní účely a rychlost.
Existují různé protokoly pro různé účely

Ethernet pravděpodobně začal v roce 1974 nebo dříve, což je způsob, jakým spolu komunikují dva počítače
Zde jsou některé z síťových protokolů, které používáme
Protokol pro řízení přenosu (TCP), směrovače IP adres, JPEG (protokol pro přenos dat)
MP3, šifrování (SSL), HTTPS (blíže k používání aplikací)

I used to find cryptography and blockchain difficult to understand
But here are what makes me understand them better

A block chain is a special way of storing data digitally using the Digital Ledger Technology.

It is simply a page or ledger thar contains information about various transactions that occurred and they cannot be changed or tampered with thats what makes it special

Here are some features
-must have a hash
-cannot be changed
-must have a oublic and private key
-proof of work
-should be mined

While cryptography
Is the science of securing or protecting valuable information by transforming it into a secure format/code
Only someone with the right key can understand it

It comes from greek words
krypto- (hidden)
Graphy- (writing)

So it’s basically the art of writing but with special characters not everyone can understand
