Michael Burry, the investor famous for "The Big Short," has intensified his bearish warnings on the AI boom.
Last Tuesday, he revealed new short positions against AI and called South Korea’s large-scale investments “the beginning of the end.” Over the weekend, he escalated his rhetoric on X by posting the Joker’s iconic line from the 1989 Batman film “The end is nigh. Have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?” alongside valuation charts.
Burry has previously described the AI narrative as a “popular addiction” that “may die by a thousand cuts.” One chart he shared (citing UBS data) highlights that AI semiconductor stocks have significantly outperformed both hyperscale cloud providers (who fund AI infrastructure) and the wider group of AI-related companies, signaling potential overvaluation concerns in the sector.

Now, BNB is showing signs of recovery, and I remain optimistic that it will push back above $630 and beyond. The plan is to hold to forever oh.
