Protože v blízké budoucnosti není potřeba dalšího RSR, a protože probíhají diskuse o možných zlepšeních toho, jak je RSR uvolňováno a přidělováno, Confusion Capital pozastavuje všechny uvolnění RSR, dokud nedojde k dalšímu oznámení.
