50天的「铲子季」，要结束了吗？
在 2023 年的最后两个月里，从比特币生态兴起的「铲子热」曾表现出令人惊喜的财富效应，MUBI、BSSB 带飞了 AUCTION、TURT，加上后来出现的 BAKE，每个「铲子币」都有着几日翻倍的光辉时刻。加密社区里，不乏有将这次 IDO 热潮与 2018-2021 年的 ICO、IEO 历史联系起来，将其视为新一轮牛市的强力助推器。
然而，从 Bounce Brand 完成了 MultiBit 的 IDO、发售 MUBI 的 2023 年 11 月 12 日开始，到 2024 年 1 月 1 日，「铲子市场」在 50 天的时间里，似乎已从起势走到了结束。

2023 年 11 月初，Binance 上线 ORDI 1-50 倍 U 本位永续合约的消息将比特币生态推向了更高潮，各种 BRC -20 代币大涨，比特币生态内相关资产已积累到可观的规模。钱到了，为之服务的基础设施协议也进入了市场的视线，跨链协议 MultiBit、DeFi 协议 BitStable 等一经推出就成为社区关注的焦点。自然，孵化、参与这些项目早期发展过程的 IDO 平台也走到了台前。
两次 IDO 后，Bounce 起飞
最先开始的是 Bounce Brand，一个成立于 2020 年的以太坊上去中心化拍卖平台。2021 年，引入了初始 IDO 功能的 Bounce V2 上线，乘着热潮，其代币 AUCTION 一度 60 美元。而在 2023 年的很长一段时间里，AUCTION 一直在 10 美元以下，Bounce 的 TVL 也一直在 200 万美元上下徘徊。
11 月中旬，AUCTION 忽然起飞，并在之后的一个月里涨幅超 500%，币价一路拉到了 2021 年的高度。
11 月 12 日，ERC20 与 BRC20 跨链协议 MultiBit 代币 MUBI 在 Bounce Brand 上完成了拍卖，IDO 单价 0.00047 美元，募资 88 枚 ETH。
当时，这一波比特币生态热潮初现，ORDI 刚用了两周时间从 5 美元涨到了 21 美元，Ordinals 铭文累计收入刚突破8800 万美元。资本刚刚流入不久，比特币生态的代币协议火热，而资产流动性的限制，是更多新投资者仍未入场的主要原因。
作为比特币生态系统里第一个做跨链桥的项目，MultiBit 为聚集在比特币生态中的资金提供了流动性的可能性，在一众比特币生态标的中，有叙事赋能的 MUBI 毫无悬念的受到了投资者的关注。MUBI 在 IDO 后 4 天内涨了 4 倍。
Bounce 在这期间开始低调起势，AUCTION 在之后的两周里涨了约 17%。
11 月 27 日，尝到甜头的 Bounce 宣布比特币生态 DeFi 协议 BitStable 将于两日后在 Bounce Launchpad 上推出原生代币 BSSB，用户可通过质押 Bounce 代币 AUCTION 或通过拍卖机制来获得相应的 BSSB 份额。在宣布后两个小时内，AUCTION 涨幅超 15%，到了 29 日 IDO 当天，AUCTION 日涨幅超 35%。

进入 12 月，MUBI 在 IDO 之后的一个月里持续增长了近 50 倍，BSSB 也创造出了 20 天 45 倍的惊人涨幅。因此，Bounce 的下一场 IDO 就成了「确定性财富效应」。12 月 11 日，Bounce 宣布将上线 DID 市场聚合器 GoDID（BDID），从宣布消息到完成 IDO，AUCTION 一路涨幅超 200%。
Bounce 趁热打铁。12 月 19 日，Bounce Launchpad 宣布推出名为「一石二鸟」（Two Birds, One Stone）的代币发行策略，将有两个项目在 Bounce 上发行单一代币，用户可质押 AUCTION 和 BitStable Brand（BSSB）的稳定币 DAII 参与发行。彼时，BSSB 已突破了 8.6 美元的新高，从消息宣布到 IDO 完成，AUCTION 再次以 90% 的涨幅证明了其「含金量」。
埋伏半年，TURT 一月 20 倍
同样吃到「MUBI 红利」的还有 TurtSat，TurtSat 创立于 2023 年 5 月，定位是「专注比特币 Ordinals 生态的捐赠平台」，彼时 Ordinals 协议刚刚出现，比特币生态的潜力初现苗头。在 MultiBit 之前，TurtSat 仅 IDO 了一个项目可编程的 Ordinals 资产流动性开发商 Chamcha。
TurtSat 与 Bounce 同一天进行了 MultiBit 的 IDO，募资了 4.64 枚 BTC。自此之后，TurtSat 开始以其超出同行的 IDO 速度、和紧贴比特币生态的项目引起了社区的关注。
11 月 24 日，Ordinals 的聚合市场 NxHub 在 TurtSat 上进行了 IDO，其代币 NHUB 在两周时间里翻了 20 倍。三日后，TurtSat 公布了新的项目：集成了 MultiBit 桥的比特币生态 LSD 协议 Dova Liquidity Protocol，Dova 于 12 月 1 日完成了 IDO，其代币 DOVA 用了两周时间翻了 15 倍。
尽管基础建设还遥遥无期，但比特币生态的游戏概念先出现了，TurtSat 在 12 月 8 日所 IDO 的项目 Rabbitgames 是一个「革命性的比特币生态系统游戏平台」，虽然 RAIT 在上线后不久迅速跌去 50%，但在低位徘徊 3 日后，RAIT 还是有了三天五倍的涨幅。
对投资者来说，不是每一个新项目标的都能有像 MUBI 那样的持续攀升动力，因此，想在铲子赛道里获得确定性的盈利，除了持有平台本身代币等待增长外，质押代币、参与平台的打新是更有吸引力的获利方式。12 月 6 日，TurtSat 宣布上线质押系统 TURT POOL。用户质押 TURT 将会获得「EGG」，是 TurtSat 发行的全新资产，EGG 的应用场景包括但不限于项目上线投票、直接兑换合作代币礼包等。
据 TurtSat 官方信息，这将是用户在 TurtSat 平台上参与项目上线的全新方式，可以平衡公平与效率，同时有效杜绝机器人利用脚本掠夺大量捐赠份额的行为，让 TURT 持有者能够参与并获得应有的权益。

潜伏半年后集中发力，TurtSat 的定位优势为其吸引了市场的关注和资金，最直接的表现是 TURT 的价格，在一个月的时间里涨了 20 倍。
在比特币生态热潮中，Bounce Brand 和 TurtSat 以独特的定位崭露头角，「双铲组合」的成功向市场展示了 IDO 平台的发展潜力，将新概念推到台前，为新生态引入流动性。在新一轮牛市中，不断变换的格局将催生更多新兴项目，而 IDO 平台或许是最能高效将市场与项目方连接起来的角色。
好像谁都能赢
在持续出现新叙事的比特币生态中，不断有人为新的叙事买单，即使它听起来还不够落地。TURT 和 AUCTION 的起飞，让越来越多的投资者、项目方关注到了「铲子赛道」，热潮之下没有人想掉队，加密市场似乎迎来一场 IDO Summer。
从铭文热演变出的「Solana 铲子」
项目方需要筹集资金，投资者希望最先持有项目方代币，于是有了 IDO 平台帮助项目方发布代币、筹集资金并提供流动性服务。而现在，并无实际价值意义的铭文、meme 也有了发射平台。
12 月 13 日，早期 Ordinals OG、Solana 开发人员Pland创立了协议 Analysoor，据 Pland 表示，推出 Analysoor 是受 Solana 铭文 sols 的影响，Analysoor 引入了 Index Protocol 链下索引器，利用 Solana 的历史数据来防止机器人参与，能够在 meme 币发布时实现更公平的分配，并能引导代币的流动性。
Analysoor 第一个部署的铭文是 ZERO，总供应量为 2100 万枚，其中 1050 万枚以 0.08 SOL 的价格进行铸币，共募集了 60 多万美元的资金。在 Analysoor 部署的第一个 NFT 系列「ONE」时，数次推迟和地址错误的意外让社区质疑 Analysoor 的能力，ZERO 的价格一路下跌，似乎难逃 meme 归零的宿命。
而到了 12 月 20 日，Pland 在 Analysoor 的 Discord 社区中宣布，Analysoor 将推出社区主导的 meme 币，而 Analysoor 只负责启动代币铸造并锁定流动性池。社区所推出的 meme 币中，总供应量的 48.5% 通过 0.05 SOL 和 1 ZERO 铸造，剩余资金还是作为 ZERO 的流动性池储存掐里。且 meme 币的 3% 将空投给 ONE 的持有者。
之后，Analysoor 宣布将继续部署其他项目，ZERO 代币将参与每一次部署，直到其总供应量达到 5%，以便「将来能够上线排名前三的中心化交易所」，所筹得的资金将为上所之后的 ZERO 提供流动性。
到这里，ZERO 不再是一个实验尝试，而是具有了「金铲子」的属性。ZERO 的价格也自 20 日起节节攀升，直到 22 日突破了 2 美元，两日跌去 60% 后，ZERO 又创下了两日涨幅超 250% 的成绩。

BRC20 变比特币链游，IDO 超募 1 亿美元
通过参与比特币生态项目的 IDO 而「一举成名」的，除了 Bounce Brand，还有 BSC 生态的 AMM BakerySwap。在 12 月之前，BAKE 在 2023 年间的价格不超过 0.3 美元，而从 12 月 19 日到 26 日，一周时间，三个 IDO 项目让 BAKE 实现「三连跳」，周涨幅突破 300%。
12 月 19 日，BakerySwap 进行了首次 Launchpad，在其上进行 IDO 的项目为比特币链游项目 Bitcoin Cats，首轮将释放 20 亿枚 1Cat，每个参与者的限额为 2ETH，白名单成员有资格获得双倍分配。Launchpad 持续两个小时，据悉，有 37,383 枚 ETH 、 7300 万枚 BAKE 参与，参与代币总价值达 1.06 亿美元，超额认购了 150 倍。
次日，1Cat 上线 Uniswap、Bakeryswap 等交易所，在开盘后涨幅超 15 倍。市场迅速将目光聚集到这把铲子上，不负众望，BAKE 有了 64% 的涨幅。

有了 Bounce、TurtSat 在前，投资者的感知已经足够灵敏，12 月 24 日，BakerySwap 宣布其新一期 Launchpad 将上线 BitLand（BLLB），一个基于比特币生态系统的首个人工智能驱动的 3D 元宇宙，BAKE 的当日涨幅为 57%。
12 月 26 日，BakerySwap 宣布第三期 Launchpad 项目即将上线，但并没有透露具体的项目信息，仅表示本期 Launchpad 项目由 Binance Labs 投资，FDV 为 63 万美元，消息一出，BAKE 当日涨幅为 28%。
铲子套娃也开始了。12 月 25 日，Bitcoin Cats 宣布推出「1CAT 金铲计划」，参与者可通过质押 1CAT 代币来赚取生态系统合作伙伴的代币，在 BakerySwap 之后 Launchpad 上线的两个项目中，用户都可以通过 BAKE 和 1CAT 代币进行参与，1CAT 不仅是 Bitcoin Cats 游戏中的主要资产，还将作为通往更广阔生态系统的「金铲」。
DeFi 领域的协议也相继「转型」入场。12 月 25 日，NFT+DEFI 聚合器 Dego Finance 宣布完成其 BRC20 Launchpad BETA 版本测试，消息公布后，其原生代币 DEGO 价格突破 4.2 美元，24 小时涨幅 64.1%。
12 月 27 日，去中心化杠杆交易平台 LeverFi 宣布推出 BRC20 Launchpad 平台 LeverPro。消息公布后，LeverFi 原生代币 LEVER 价格拉升至 0.0025 美元，24 小时涨幅超过 50%。

铲子的财富效应不止发生在比特币生态。
基于 TON 区块链的资产发行平台 TonUP 于 2023 年 8 月上线，并在同月底完成了其平台首次 IDO 项目代币发行.12 月 20 日，TonUP 上线了 Bitget 新一期 Launchpad，投入通道开放一小时内，参与人数超 6700 人，已累计投入超 1700 万枚 BGB。
铲子的热度之高，甚至外溢到了手机市场。上市于 2022 年的 Solana Saga 手机在低迷了一年之久后，凭借 meme 代币 Bonk 的空投而引起破圈关注，其在 eBay 上溢价飙升 500%，售价高达 3,000 美元，自推出起就被市场诟病的 Saga 手机，就这样「复活」了。
金矿，红海
随着新铲子不断出现，旧的铲子还能保持吸引力吗？对 IDO 平台来说，竞争之下，平台需要向市场不断证明自己的优势。
对于排队等待 IDO 的项目来说，热门生态里的占位优势稍纵即逝，在比特币生态里的各种资产协议占据市场焦点后，不到两个月的时间，从 DEX、稳定币、跨链桥等 DeFi 协议，到铭文管理、交易平台等资产管理工具，再到基于比特币生态的链游、元宇宙项目，各种应用层项目陆续出现，以「比特币生态第一个 xxx」的名号争相吸引社区的关注。
翻倍变慢了，金铲子不金了
泡沫悄悄散去。TurtSat 的持有者也许是较早感受到的一批，在 BAKE 在进行三连跳涨幅期间，12 月 21 日，TurtSat 宣布与 DWF 合作，彼时 TURT 突破了 0.1 美元。而在此之后，TURT 开始一路下跌，3 日后，TURT 较高点跌去了超 40%，截止撰稿时，TURT 的价格为 0.04 美元。
社区有人认为是 BakerySwap 入场后，TurtSat 作为「专注于比特币生态 IDO 平台」的优势被削弱，因此失去了投资者的关注。而对比 TurtSat 所 IDO 的项目发展情况，就会发现这一切早有预兆。
12 月 14 日，TurtSat 完成了新一期项目 Svarga 的 IDO，据介绍 Svarga 目标是重塑比特币网络上的 NFT 世界。将传统的 PFP NFT 转变为动态的、交互式的 Avatar 资产。相比于之前所推出项目在后续表现出的 5 倍、10 倍涨幅，SAGA 在用了三天时间翻倍之后，就开始走下跌路线。
推出 Svarga 后，TurtSat 在社交平台表示，已接收 28 个项目的 IDO 申请，这些项目将陆续在平台上发售。彼时，TurtSat 上所 IDO 的比特币生态项目数量比 Bounce Brand 和 BakerySwap 上的项目数量加起来还多。但这些项目的后续发展并不如意，在 SAGA 之后的项目代币，12 月 19 日发售的 ZOOA 没能有翻倍的涨幅。28 日发售的 QUIQ 则走出了「初始即巅峰」的路线，据 OKX 数据，其发售当日的交易额为 2.9 BTC，三天之后，QUIQ 只吸引了 0.03 BTC 的交易额。

项目发展势头不足的问题不只发生在 TurtSat 上。另一边，虽然 1Cat 在开盘后表现强势，但后续发展却有些乏力。在推出之后的三日里，1Cat 仅有不到 20% 左右的涨幅，12 月 25 日，随着「1CAT 金铲计划」计划的公布，1Cat 作为铲子代币参与了 BakerySwap 之后两期的项目 IDO，其价格才得以攀升，2 日间涨幅超 150%，而这恐怕就是它的巅峰了。
项目代币涨势只是最直接的信号，毕竟这些项目的成长时间均不到一个月，其中能否出现可以凝聚共识、持续给投资者回报的标的，还需要从更多方面考虑。那么，这些平台的发展潜力如何？
「增长飞轮」是画不完的饼
IDO 平台需要从两个方面向用户展示自己的发展空间，首先是所推出的项目后续发展情况，在这方面，项目代币涨势是最直接的信号，但并不是唯一的证据。项目本身的发展历史、团队经历和业务表现等也会被纳入用户考虑的范围中。然而这方面的问题已经显现，并且不止一家平台有类似的情况。
12 月 15 日，Bounce Brand 受到其 Launchpad 项目 Bdid（BDID）的「本该空投的代币被用于预售」质疑风波影响，原本正在上涨的 AUCTION 短时回撤超 20%。
12 月 21 日，TurtSat 发布了新一期 IDO 项目 Copycat Dex，据其介绍，Copycat Dex 是一种基于 PVPAMM 的创新 P2P 衍生协议，支持 BRC20 生态系统和 Bitcat DEX，来自于由 BinanceLabs 支持的 Copycat Finance。
但社区很快有讨论指出，Copycat Dex 团队的交付能力难以让人满意，且其 21 年的项目目前币价不足发售时的 3%，这让社区开始质疑 TurtSat 的「选品能力」，12 小时后，TurtSat 在社交媒体宣布推迟 Copycat Dex 代币 BICA 的发布。
将 BakerySwap 带入铲子赛道的 BitcoinCats，在其介绍中的定位是比特币生态系统的 GameFi 平台，「通过将比特币资产（BRC20、Ordinals NFT 等）映射到以太坊（和其他 Layer2）网络，为比特币资产带来包括但不限于 Play2Earn、质押、耕种、SocialFi 等新玩法。」
在 BitcoinCats 公布之初，就有社区指出，BitcoinCats 的画风很像一款链游 Worldwide Webb，后者是一款 NFT 社区熟知的像素风元宇宙 mmorpg 游戏，曾获得千万融资。也有人发现，BitcoinCats 的设计则与 BakerySwap 此前的一款 NFT 系列 Hello Pets 极其相似，区别仅在于 BitcoinCats 使用了像素风格。
目前，BitcoinCats 并没有回应与 Hello Pets 的关系，但在 Hello Pets 官网列出了名为「Bitcoin Cats」的 NFT 系列介绍，并提供了 BitcoinCats 的主页导航。而据 BlockBeats 了解，Hello Pets 的前身是 Battle Pets，是一款类似于 Axie Infinity、模仿 CryptoKitties 的战斗类宠物养成游戏。Battle Pets 在今年 1 月改名为 Hello Pets，并将定位转换为「数字世界和现实世界中全球知名的可爱品牌。」
项目的发展情况为平台吸引来用户的关注，而平台本身的参与机制则影响着用户的留存。
与 Bounce 不同，TurtSat 以白名单的方式发售项目，白名单对象包括对社区有贡献的成员和一定数量 TURT 的持有者。12 月 7 日，TurtSat 推出了新的质押机制，质押 TURT 得到 EGG，新项目的白名单中将有一部分名额可用 EGG 兑换。
"产蛋机制」没有成本，使 TurtSat 拥有了超 3 亿枚 TURT 的质押，如果能拿到白单，那么质押 TURT 带来的回报将是丰厚的。以 12 月 28 日 IDO 的项目代币 QUIQ 为例，据 OKX 数据，QUIQ 在发售当日的平均交易价格为 232sats，一个白单所获得的 QUIQ 价值将近 2000U。
但是 EGG 的要求依每个项目而不同，除了合作关系带来的圣诞特供发售，TurtSat 近期的项目白单资格需要至少 2.5 万枚 EGG 才可兑换，1 月 2 日发售的 GWGW 更是涨到了 3 万枚。
而根据社区反映，质押 1 万枚 TURT 大约会获得 80 枚 EGG，如果按照 1 周 5 万枚 EGG 的需求算，用户需要质押将近 90 万枚 TURT，以确保其获得每一期的白单参与资格。而获取参与资格，并不意味着能够抢到白名单。即使在 12 月 8 日机制推出当天就以 0.025 美元的单价存入 TURT，也需要 2 万美元，随着之后 TURT 的价格一路上涨至 0.08 美元，后期能够打新成功的门槛也越来越高。
大户玩家的收益如何？TURT 的质押时间为一个月，如果提前取出 TURT，需要扣除 5000TURT 的「手续费」。截止撰稿时，TURT 的价格已经跌至 0.04 美元，与 12 月 14 日的价格相当，在 14 日之后质押 TURT 参与打新的用户，在等待抽中白单的同时，还需要承受资产缩水的损失。
对于 BakerySwap 来说，亟需证明能否其接得住涌来的投资者期望。第一个项目 Bitcoin Cats 的 Launchpad 共有 37,383 枚 ETH 、 7300 万枚 BAKE 参与，参与代币总价值达 1.06 亿美元，超额认购了 150 倍。BakerySwap 的第一次试水成功，愿意买单的大有人在。
而在 BakerySwap 已经吸引了足够的关注后，社区就更关注 Launchpad 的参与体验了。12 月 28 日，BakerySwap 宣布第二个 Launchpad 项目 BitLand IDO 成功，收到了 1.16 亿枚$BAKE（价值约 8050 万美元）和 19 亿枚 1Cat（价值约 2300 万美元），USDT 总额达到 1.035 亿美元。而高达 360 倍的超额认购数字意味着参与者所获得的份额可能会很小，果然，许多参与 BitLand IDO 的人表示成果甚微。
在宣布 BitLand 时，BAKE 一度涨幅超 50%，但在 IDO 完成后，却下跌了 20%。
不难理解，围绕质押机制的打新方式让每个 IDO 平台都会面临「只有大户参与」的争议。12 月 21 日，Bounce 宣布 NFT AMM 流动性协议 Ladder Protocol 和比特币生态 BRC20 跨链交易平台 Bitswap 合作在将在 Bounce Launchpad 上合作推出「二鸟一石」代币 AMMX。据社区成员 @ai_9684xtpa 观察，在此次 Launchpad 中，15 个巨鲸共投入 70.9 万枚 AUCTION 参与打新，共获得 1.22 亿枚 AMMX，占该质押池发放总量的 25.8%。
而 IDO 结束之后，有有 9 个地址将共计 39.4 万枚代币充值进了 Binance，价值 1423 万美元，使 AUCTION 短时暴跌 32%。如果没能在 IDO 结束之后及时取出所质押的 AUCTION，散户玩家还可能被迫为大户打新成功后的抛售行为接盘。
另一边，以「公平」为最大特点的 Analysoor 也有其自己的困境。12 月 27 日，Analysoor 因其首个社区 Meme 币 WHEN 铸造活动中出现的问题向社区致歉。据其表示，Analysoor 面临了多个技术挑战，包括 Backpack 功能故障导致接收资金的钱包停止工作，需要耗时 20 分钟重新部署；RPC 出现问题影响了网站的交易发送；Jupiter swap API 在 LP 创建时停止工作，Swap 功能无法使用等。
在 WHEN 之前，ZERO 、ONE 的铸造都发生了铸造时间推迟的情况，铸造 ONE 时，项目方还误把本该存入流动性池的资金发送到了参与 mint 的持有者地址上，这次 WHEN 的铸造过程「意外的故障」对社区来说已经是「意料之中」。
尽管已有质疑声出现，但平台还在继续，所推出的项目也「各有千秋」。12 月 29 日，BakerySwap 发布了第三期 Launchpad 项目介绍，此次项目为一周以前在 TurtSat 上被推迟发售的 CopycatFinance。而紧随其后的是 NFT 借贷流动性协议 BendDAO，创立于 2022 年、TVL 曾突破 3 亿美元，其在近期宣布将拓展比特币生态。

刚出发的新铲子能喝上汤吗
仍有新的平台被吸引，但它们已经不再能收获确定性的回报。从 12 月 25 日到 27 日，有三个平台相继宣布将推出 Launchpad 平台。12 月 25 日，NFT+DEFI 聚合器 Dego Brand 宣布完成其 BRC20 Launchpad BETA 版本测试，在之后的一周，其代币 DEGO 先是涨超 100%，再从高点急速下落，Dego Brand 在期间公布了 Launchpad 项目详情，但也没能挽救涨幅的幻灭。
紧随的是去中心化杠杆交易平台 LeverFi，其在 12 月 27 日宣布推出 BRC20 Launchpad 平台 LeverPro，平台将推出三个项目，重点关注抵押稳定币、BRC20 资产借贷以及 AMM 互换和流动性挖矿赛道协议。消息公布后，LeverFi 原生代币 LEVER 24 小时涨幅超过 50%，然后迅速回撤。
铲子效应的利好仍然在，只是从「起飞助推器」变成了「泡沫生产机」。推出 Launchpad，即开启代币飞升体验，几日过后，又好像什么也没发生过。

同日，Web3 游戏化社交教育平台 Hooked Protocol 宣布其 Hooked Education Launchpad 的首个公平启动项目为 BRC20 项目「TUNO」。在启动池开放后 5 分钟，HOOK 的锁定量就已达到上限 400 万枚。
铲子还有救吗？
这波铲子热潮让人想起了 2019 年 Binance 开始的 IEO 之旅。依靠创新性的 IEO 模式，Binance 从众多交易所中脱颖而出，带动了其他交易所加入「IEO 俱乐部」。在 2019 至 2021 年期间，Binance Launchpad 每推出一个项目，BNB 的价格都会水涨船高，在五个月时间里翻了 6 倍。进入 2021 年牛市后，BNB 更是一骑绝尘，一度突破 675 美元。
但是对比过去的 IEO 表现，现今的 Binance Launchpad 饱受社区诟病。一方面，和上一轮周期的 MATIC、SAND、AXIE 等项目相比，当前 Binance Launchpad 的项目越来越让人「看不懂」，另一方面，参与项目的收益也不再像以前那样吸引人了，当前的大多数 Launchpad 项目，基本已成为「大户的游戏」。在这种情况下，BNB 的价格在这一波市场行情中几乎毫无起色，市值也一度被 Solana 超越。
同样的故事在这波热潮中也在上演。对于项目方、平台和投资者来说，铲子的兴起是一场「三赢」的故事。
错过了 ORDI、铭文这种本无实际价值、但财富效应惊人的投资标的，市场急需寻找下一个相似的承诺，也就并不看重项目质量。比特币生态上聚集的资金盘已经不容忽视，每个人都在想象，以太坊上的 DeFi、GameFi 故事将以什么样的姿态在比特币生态中上演，市场愿意为这个想象投一份观影券。
除了原本就埋伏了半年的 TurtSat，对其他发力比特币生态、转型做 IDO 的「传统平台」而言，做铲子是其能够蹭到比特币生态热点、获得市场关注的最直接方式，质押机制又可以很快地激活代币的流动性，获得注意力之后，才能向市场展示其后续的想象空间，
而对于让人眼花缭乱、许多都称其有「革命性意义」的项目方来说，不必花费大力气打磨项目，甚至不需要路线图，只管造势就能获得市场青睐，这是送到手边、稳赚不赔的生意。
热潮退去之后，这些叙事需要有个「交代」，但不知道将由谁来完成。持有者有两个选择，等待项目方「格局」发力、精进项目，或是奔向下一个热点。
然而，从 Bounce Brand 完成了 MultiBit 的 IDO、发售 MUBI 的 2023 年 11 月 12 日开始，到 2024 年 1 月 1 日，「铲子市场」在 50 天的时间里，似乎已从起势走到了结束。
点石成金
2023 年 11 月初，Binance 上线 ORDI 1-50 倍 U 本位永续合约的消息将比特币生态推向了更高潮，各种 BRC -20 代币大涨，比特币生态内相关资产已积累到可观的规模。钱到了，为之服务的基础设施协议也进入了市场的视线，跨链协议 MultiBit、DeFi 协议 BitStable 等一经推出就成为社区关注的焦点。自然，孵化、参与这些项目早期发展过程的 IDO 平台也走到了台前。
两次 IDO 后，Bounce 起飞
最先开始的是 Bounce Brand，一个成立于 2020 年的以太坊上去中心化拍卖平台。2021 年，引入了初始 IDO 功能的 Bounce V2 上线，乘着热潮，其代币 AUCTION 一度 60 美元。而在 2023 年的很长一段时间里，AUCTION 一直在 10 美元以下，Bounce 的 TVL 也一直在 200 万美元上下徘徊。
11 月中旬，AUCTION 忽然起飞，并在之后的一个月里涨幅超 500%，币价一路拉到了 2021 年的高度。
11 月 12 日，ERC20 与 BRC20 跨链协议 MultiBit 代币 MUBI 在 Bounce Brand 上完成了拍卖，IDO 单价 0.00047 美元，募资 88 枚 ETH。
当时，这一波比特币生态热潮初现，ORDI 刚用了两周时间从 5 美元涨到了 21 美元，Ordinals 铭文累计收入刚突破8800 万美元。资本刚刚流入不久，比特币生态的代币协议火热，而资产流动性的限制，是更多新投资者仍未入场的主要原因。
作为比特币生态系统里第一个做跨链桥的项目，MultiBit 为聚集在比特币生态中的资金提供了流动性的可能性，在一众比特币生态标的中，有叙事赋能的 MUBI 毫无悬念的受到了投资者的关注。MUBI 在 IDO 后 4 天内涨了 4 倍。
Bounce 在这期间开始低调起势，AUCTION 在之后的两周里涨了约 17%。
11 月 27 日，尝到甜头的 Bounce 宣布比特币生态 DeFi 协议 BitStable 将于两日后在 Bounce Launchpad 上推出原生代币 BSSB，用户可通过质押 Bounce 代币 AUCTION 或通过拍卖机制来获得相应的 BSSB 份额。在宣布后两个小时内，AUCTION 涨幅超 15%，到了 29 日 IDO 当天，AUCTION 日涨幅超 35%。

进入 12 月，MUBI 在 IDO 之后的一个月里持续增长了近 50 倍，BSSB 也创造出了 20 天 45 倍的惊人涨幅。因此，Bounce 的下一场 IDO 就成了「确定性财富效应」。12 月 11 日，Bounce 宣布将上线 DID 市场聚合器 GoDID（BDID），从宣布消息到完成 IDO，AUCTION 一路涨幅超 200%。
Bounce 趁热打铁。12 月 19 日，Bounce Launchpad 宣布推出名为「一石二鸟」（Two Birds, One Stone）的代币发行策略，将有两个项目在 Bounce 上发行单一代币，用户可质押 AUCTION 和 BitStable Brand（BSSB）的稳定币 DAII 参与发行。彼时，BSSB 已突破了 8.6 美元的新高，从消息宣布到 IDO 完成，AUCTION 再次以 90% 的涨幅证明了其「含金量」。
埋伏半年，TURT 一月 20 倍
同样吃到「MUBI 红利」的还有 TurtSat，TurtSat 创立于 2023 年 5 月，定位是「专注比特币 Ordinals 生态的捐赠平台」，彼时 Ordinals 协议刚刚出现，比特币生态的潜力初现苗头。在 MultiBit 之前，TurtSat 仅 IDO 了一个项目可编程的 Ordinals 资产流动性开发商 Chamcha。
TurtSat 与 Bounce 同一天进行了 MultiBit 的 IDO，募资了 4.64 枚 BTC。自此之后，TurtSat 开始以其超出同行的 IDO 速度、和紧贴比特币生态的项目引起了社区的关注。
11 月 24 日，Ordinals 的聚合市场 NxHub 在 TurtSat 上进行了 IDO，其代币 NHUB 在两周时间里翻了 20 倍。三日后，TurtSat 公布了新的项目：集成了 MultiBit 桥的比特币生态 LSD 协议 Dova Liquidity Protocol，Dova 于 12 月 1 日完成了 IDO，其代币 DOVA 用了两周时间翻了 15 倍。
尽管基础建设还遥遥无期，但比特币生态的游戏概念先出现了，TurtSat 在 12 月 8 日所 IDO 的项目 Rabbitgames 是一个「革命性的比特币生态系统游戏平台」，虽然 RAIT 在上线后不久迅速跌去 50%，但在低位徘徊 3 日后，RAIT 还是有了三天五倍的涨幅。
对投资者来说，不是每一个新项目标的都能有像 MUBI 那样的持续攀升动力，因此，想在铲子赛道里获得确定性的盈利，除了持有平台本身代币等待增长外，质押代币、参与平台的打新是更有吸引力的获利方式。12 月 6 日，TurtSat 宣布上线质押系统 TURT POOL。用户质押 TURT 将会获得「EGG」，是 TurtSat 发行的全新资产，EGG 的应用场景包括但不限于项目上线投票、直接兑换合作代币礼包等。
据 TurtSat 官方信息，这将是用户在 TurtSat 平台上参与项目上线的全新方式，可以平衡公平与效率，同时有效杜绝机器人利用脚本掠夺大量捐赠份额的行为，让 TURT 持有者能够参与并获得应有的权益。

潜伏半年后集中发力，TurtSat 的定位优势为其吸引了市场的关注和资金，最直接的表现是 TURT 的价格，在一个月的时间里涨了 20 倍。
在比特币生态热潮中，Bounce Brand 和 TurtSat 以独特的定位崭露头角，「双铲组合」的成功向市场展示了 IDO 平台的发展潜力，将新概念推到台前，为新生态引入流动性。在新一轮牛市中，不断变换的格局将催生更多新兴项目，而 IDO 平台或许是最能高效将市场与项目方连接起来的角色。
好像谁都能赢
在持续出现新叙事的比特币生态中，不断有人为新的叙事买单，即使它听起来还不够落地。TURT 和 AUCTION 的起飞，让越来越多的投资者、项目方关注到了「铲子赛道」，热潮之下没有人想掉队，加密市场似乎迎来一场 IDO Summer。
从铭文热演变出的「Solana 铲子」
项目方需要筹集资金，投资者希望最先持有项目方代币，于是有了 IDO 平台帮助项目方发布代币、筹集资金并提供流动性服务。而现在，并无实际价值意义的铭文、meme 也有了发射平台。
12 月 13 日，早期 Ordinals OG、Solana 开发人员Pland创立了协议 Analysoor，据 Pland 表示，推出 Analysoor 是受 Solana 铭文 sols 的影响，Analysoor 引入了 Index Protocol 链下索引器，利用 Solana 的历史数据来防止机器人参与，能够在 meme 币发布时实现更公平的分配，并能引导代币的流动性。
Analysoor 第一个部署的铭文是 ZERO，总供应量为 2100 万枚，其中 1050 万枚以 0.08 SOL 的价格进行铸币，共募集了 60 多万美元的资金。在 Analysoor 部署的第一个 NFT 系列「ONE」时，数次推迟和地址错误的意外让社区质疑 Analysoor 的能力，ZERO 的价格一路下跌，似乎难逃 meme 归零的宿命。
而到了 12 月 20 日，Pland 在 Analysoor 的 Discord 社区中宣布，Analysoor 将推出社区主导的 meme 币，而 Analysoor 只负责启动代币铸造并锁定流动性池。社区所推出的 meme 币中，总供应量的 48.5% 通过 0.05 SOL 和 1 ZERO 铸造，剩余资金还是作为 ZERO 的流动性池储存掐里。且 meme 币的 3% 将空投给 ONE 的持有者。
之后，Analysoor 宣布将继续部署其他项目，ZERO 代币将参与每一次部署，直到其总供应量达到 5%，以便「将来能够上线排名前三的中心化交易所」，所筹得的资金将为上所之后的 ZERO 提供流动性。
到这里，ZERO 不再是一个实验尝试，而是具有了「金铲子」的属性。ZERO 的价格也自 20 日起节节攀升，直到 22 日突破了 2 美元，两日跌去 60% 后，ZERO 又创下了两日涨幅超 250% 的成绩。

BRC20 变比特币链游，IDO 超募 1 亿美元
通过参与比特币生态项目的 IDO 而「一举成名」的，除了 Bounce Brand，还有 BSC 生态的 AMM BakerySwap。在 12 月之前，BAKE 在 2023 年间的价格不超过 0.3 美元，而从 12 月 19 日到 26 日，一周时间，三个 IDO 项目让 BAKE 实现「三连跳」，周涨幅突破 300%。
12 月 19 日，BakerySwap 进行了首次 Launchpad，在其上进行 IDO 的项目为比特币链游项目 Bitcoin Cats，首轮将释放 20 亿枚 1Cat，每个参与者的限额为 2ETH，白名单成员有资格获得双倍分配。Launchpad 持续两个小时，据悉，有 37,383 枚 ETH 、 7300 万枚 BAKE 参与，参与代币总价值达 1.06 亿美元，超额认购了 150 倍。
次日，1Cat 上线 Uniswap、Bakeryswap 等交易所，在开盘后涨幅超 15 倍。市场迅速将目光聚集到这把铲子上，不负众望，BAKE 有了 64% 的涨幅。

有了 Bounce、TurtSat 在前，投资者的感知已经足够灵敏，12 月 24 日，BakerySwap 宣布其新一期 Launchpad 将上线 BitLand（BLLB），一个基于比特币生态系统的首个人工智能驱动的 3D 元宇宙，BAKE 的当日涨幅为 57%。
12 月 26 日，BakerySwap 宣布第三期 Launchpad 项目即将上线，但并没有透露具体的项目信息，仅表示本期 Launchpad 项目由 Binance Labs 投资，FDV 为 63 万美元，消息一出，BAKE 当日涨幅为 28%。
铲子套娃也开始了。12 月 25 日，Bitcoin Cats 宣布推出「1CAT 金铲计划」，参与者可通过质押 1CAT 代币来赚取生态系统合作伙伴的代币，在 BakerySwap 之后 Launchpad 上线的两个项目中，用户都可以通过 BAKE 和 1CAT 代币进行参与，1CAT 不仅是 Bitcoin Cats 游戏中的主要资产，还将作为通往更广阔生态系统的「金铲」。
DeFi 领域的协议也相继「转型」入场。12 月 25 日，NFT+DEFI 聚合器 Dego Finance 宣布完成其 BRC20 Launchpad BETA 版本测试，消息公布后，其原生代币 DEGO 价格突破 4.2 美元，24 小时涨幅 64.1%。
12 月 27 日，去中心化杠杆交易平台 LeverFi 宣布推出 BRC20 Launchpad 平台 LeverPro。消息公布后，LeverFi 原生代币 LEVER 价格拉升至 0.0025 美元，24 小时涨幅超过 50%。

铲子的财富效应不止发生在比特币生态。
基于 TON 区块链的资产发行平台 TonUP 于 2023 年 8 月上线，并在同月底完成了其平台首次 IDO 项目代币发行.12 月 20 日，TonUP 上线了 Bitget 新一期 Launchpad，投入通道开放一小时内，参与人数超 6700 人，已累计投入超 1700 万枚 BGB。
铲子的热度之高，甚至外溢到了手机市场。上市于 2022 年的 Solana Saga 手机在低迷了一年之久后，凭借 meme 代币 Bonk 的空投而引起破圈关注，其在 eBay 上溢价飙升 500%，售价高达 3,000 美元，自推出起就被市场诟病的 Saga 手机，就这样「复活」了。
金矿，红海
随着新铲子不断出现，旧的铲子还能保持吸引力吗？对 IDO 平台来说，竞争之下，平台需要向市场不断证明自己的优势。
对于排队等待 IDO 的项目来说，热门生态里的占位优势稍纵即逝，在比特币生态里的各种资产协议占据市场焦点后，不到两个月的时间，从 DEX、稳定币、跨链桥等 DeFi 协议，到铭文管理、交易平台等资产管理工具，再到基于比特币生态的链游、元宇宙项目，各种应用层项目陆续出现，以「比特币生态第一个 xxx」的名号争相吸引社区的关注。
翻倍变慢了，金铲子不金了
泡沫悄悄散去。TurtSat 的持有者也许是较早感受到的一批，在 BAKE 在进行三连跳涨幅期间，12 月 21 日，TurtSat 宣布与 DWF 合作，彼时 TURT 突破了 0.1 美元。而在此之后，TURT 开始一路下跌，3 日后，TURT 较高点跌去了超 40%，截止撰稿时，TURT 的价格为 0.04 美元。
社区有人认为是 BakerySwap 入场后，TurtSat 作为「专注于比特币生态 IDO 平台」的优势被削弱，因此失去了投资者的关注。而对比 TurtSat 所 IDO 的项目发展情况，就会发现这一切早有预兆。
12 月 14 日，TurtSat 完成了新一期项目 Svarga 的 IDO，据介绍 Svarga 目标是重塑比特币网络上的 NFT 世界。将传统的 PFP NFT 转变为动态的、交互式的 Avatar 资产。相比于之前所推出项目在后续表现出的 5 倍、10 倍涨幅，SAGA 在用了三天时间翻倍之后，就开始走下跌路线。
推出 Svarga 后，TurtSat 在社交平台表示，已接收 28 个项目的 IDO 申请，这些项目将陆续在平台上发售。彼时，TurtSat 上所 IDO 的比特币生态项目数量比 Bounce Brand 和 BakerySwap 上的项目数量加起来还多。但这些项目的后续发展并不如意，在 SAGA 之后的项目代币，12 月 19 日发售的 ZOOA 没能有翻倍的涨幅。28 日发售的 QUIQ 则走出了「初始即巅峰」的路线，据 OKX 数据，其发售当日的交易额为 2.9 BTC，三天之后，QUIQ 只吸引了 0.03 BTC 的交易额。

项目发展势头不足的问题不只发生在 TurtSat 上。另一边，虽然 1Cat 在开盘后表现强势，但后续发展却有些乏力。在推出之后的三日里，1Cat 仅有不到 20% 左右的涨幅，12 月 25 日，随着「1CAT 金铲计划」计划的公布，1Cat 作为铲子代币参与了 BakerySwap 之后两期的项目 IDO，其价格才得以攀升，2 日间涨幅超 150%，而这恐怕就是它的巅峰了。
项目代币涨势只是最直接的信号，毕竟这些项目的成长时间均不到一个月，其中能否出现可以凝聚共识、持续给投资者回报的标的，还需要从更多方面考虑。那么，这些平台的发展潜力如何？
「增长飞轮」是画不完的饼
IDO 平台需要从两个方面向用户展示自己的发展空间，首先是所推出的项目后续发展情况，在这方面，项目代币涨势是最直接的信号，但并不是唯一的证据。项目本身的发展历史、团队经历和业务表现等也会被纳入用户考虑的范围中。然而这方面的问题已经显现，并且不止一家平台有类似的情况。
12 月 15 日，Bounce Brand 受到其 Launchpad 项目 Bdid（BDID）的「本该空投的代币被用于预售」质疑风波影响，原本正在上涨的 AUCTION 短时回撤超 20%。
12 月 21 日，TurtSat 发布了新一期 IDO 项目 Copycat Dex，据其介绍，Copycat Dex 是一种基于 PVPAMM 的创新 P2P 衍生协议，支持 BRC20 生态系统和 Bitcat DEX，来自于由 BinanceLabs 支持的 Copycat Finance。
但社区很快有讨论指出，Copycat Dex 团队的交付能力难以让人满意，且其 21 年的项目目前币价不足发售时的 3%，这让社区开始质疑 TurtSat 的「选品能力」，12 小时后，TurtSat 在社交媒体宣布推迟 Copycat Dex 代币 BICA 的发布。
将 BakerySwap 带入铲子赛道的 BitcoinCats，在其介绍中的定位是比特币生态系统的 GameFi 平台，「通过将比特币资产（BRC20、Ordinals NFT 等）映射到以太坊（和其他 Layer2）网络，为比特币资产带来包括但不限于 Play2Earn、质押、耕种、SocialFi 等新玩法。」
在 BitcoinCats 公布之初，就有社区指出，BitcoinCats 的画风很像一款链游 Worldwide Webb，后者是一款 NFT 社区熟知的像素风元宇宙 mmorpg 游戏，曾获得千万融资。也有人发现，BitcoinCats 的设计则与 BakerySwap 此前的一款 NFT 系列 Hello Pets 极其相似，区别仅在于 BitcoinCats 使用了像素风格。
目前，BitcoinCats 并没有回应与 Hello Pets 的关系，但在 Hello Pets 官网列出了名为「Bitcoin Cats」的 NFT 系列介绍，并提供了 BitcoinCats 的主页导航。而据 BlockBeats 了解，Hello Pets 的前身是 Battle Pets，是一款类似于 Axie Infinity、模仿 CryptoKitties 的战斗类宠物养成游戏。Battle Pets 在今年 1 月改名为 Hello Pets，并将定位转换为「数字世界和现实世界中全球知名的可爱品牌。」
项目的发展情况为平台吸引来用户的关注，而平台本身的参与机制则影响着用户的留存。
与 Bounce 不同，TurtSat 以白名单的方式发售项目，白名单对象包括对社区有贡献的成员和一定数量 TURT 的持有者。12 月 7 日，TurtSat 推出了新的质押机制，质押 TURT 得到 EGG，新项目的白名单中将有一部分名额可用 EGG 兑换。
"产蛋机制」没有成本，使 TurtSat 拥有了超 3 亿枚 TURT 的质押，如果能拿到白单，那么质押 TURT 带来的回报将是丰厚的。以 12 月 28 日 IDO 的项目代币 QUIQ 为例，据 OKX 数据，QUIQ 在发售当日的平均交易价格为 232sats，一个白单所获得的 QUIQ 价值将近 2000U。
但是 EGG 的要求依每个项目而不同，除了合作关系带来的圣诞特供发售，TurtSat 近期的项目白单资格需要至少 2.5 万枚 EGG 才可兑换，1 月 2 日发售的 GWGW 更是涨到了 3 万枚。
而根据社区反映，质押 1 万枚 TURT 大约会获得 80 枚 EGG，如果按照 1 周 5 万枚 EGG 的需求算，用户需要质押将近 90 万枚 TURT，以确保其获得每一期的白单参与资格。而获取参与资格，并不意味着能够抢到白名单。即使在 12 月 8 日机制推出当天就以 0.025 美元的单价存入 TURT，也需要 2 万美元，随着之后 TURT 的价格一路上涨至 0.08 美元，后期能够打新成功的门槛也越来越高。
大户玩家的收益如何？TURT 的质押时间为一个月，如果提前取出 TURT，需要扣除 5000TURT 的「手续费」。截止撰稿时，TURT 的价格已经跌至 0.04 美元，与 12 月 14 日的价格相当，在 14 日之后质押 TURT 参与打新的用户，在等待抽中白单的同时，还需要承受资产缩水的损失。
对于 BakerySwap 来说，亟需证明能否其接得住涌来的投资者期望。第一个项目 Bitcoin Cats 的 Launchpad 共有 37,383 枚 ETH 、 7300 万枚 BAKE 参与，参与代币总价值达 1.06 亿美元，超额认购了 150 倍。BakerySwap 的第一次试水成功，愿意买单的大有人在。
而在 BakerySwap 已经吸引了足够的关注后，社区就更关注 Launchpad 的参与体验了。12 月 28 日，BakerySwap 宣布第二个 Launchpad 项目 BitLand IDO 成功，收到了 1.16 亿枚$BAKE（价值约 8050 万美元）和 19 亿枚 1Cat（价值约 2300 万美元），USDT 总额达到 1.035 亿美元。而高达 360 倍的超额认购数字意味着参与者所获得的份额可能会很小，果然，许多参与 BitLand IDO 的人表示成果甚微。
在宣布 BitLand 时，BAKE 一度涨幅超 50%，但在 IDO 完成后，却下跌了 20%。
不难理解，围绕质押机制的打新方式让每个 IDO 平台都会面临「只有大户参与」的争议。12 月 21 日，Bounce 宣布 NFT AMM 流动性协议 Ladder Protocol 和比特币生态 BRC20 跨链交易平台 Bitswap 合作在将在 Bounce Launchpad 上合作推出「二鸟一石」代币 AMMX。据社区成员 @ai_9684xtpa 观察，在此次 Launchpad 中，15 个巨鲸共投入 70.9 万枚 AUCTION 参与打新，共获得 1.22 亿枚 AMMX，占该质押池发放总量的 25.8%。
而 IDO 结束之后，有有 9 个地址将共计 39.4 万枚代币充值进了 Binance，价值 1423 万美元，使 AUCTION 短时暴跌 32%。如果没能在 IDO 结束之后及时取出所质押的 AUCTION，散户玩家还可能被迫为大户打新成功后的抛售行为接盘。

BRC-20 Marketplace, Creator Take Opposing Positions on Proposed Network Upgrade
A potential conflict emerged in the Bitcoin developer community on Tuesday after UniSat, one of the largest marketplaces for BRC-20 tokens, said it will follow a proposed change in the standard that's opposed by Domo, its pseudonymous creator.
UniSat will "follow the Ordinals Jubilee upgrade, to confirm that BRC-20 is still on Ordinals without splitting into an isolated protocol," it said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
BRC-20 is a token standard on the Bitcoin network introduced last April that allows users to issue transferrable tokens in the form of inscriptions on small denominations of BTC. The tokens, also known as inscriptions, function on the Ordinals Protocol.
UniSat's stance could lead to conflicting BRC-20 standards. In October, Domo suggested BRC-20 should not follow the upgrade of the Ordinals protocol, but be frozen at version 0.9.
In response to UniSat, Domo said: "I believe rushing these updates in BRC20 is reckless, disregards their peer indexers, and could potentially harm the broader community of BRC20 users."

Unisat said its actions would constitute not a fork, but a "split."
"A 'split' here refers to that A (brc-20 freezed at 0.9) & B (Ordinals Jubilee) are splitting into different sets with different rules, but still residing in a same physical blockchain, intertwined with each other," the marketplace posted on X.
A split is "much more hard to deal with than a 'fork,'" it said. With a split, the two forms can become "intertwined with each other, which open the Pandora’s box of numerous cross-affecting cases."
