Let's decode the ETH liquidation map:

Current Price is hovering around *$2,680 - $2,710*

*Upside Liquidity:*
Heavy concentration (Yellow/Green zones) at *$2,740 and $2,765-$2,770*. This is where a lot of Shorts will get liquidated. Markets love to hunt this liquidity.

*Downside Liquidity:*
Strong cluster at *$2,650 - $2,660* where Longs are stacked. We already saw a sweep near $2,635 and a bounce from there.

*My Take:*
ETH is currently trapped between two liquidity pools.
If $2,710 breaks, a quick move towards *$2,740 - $2,770 short squeeze* is very possible.
If $2,650 breaks down, we could see fast long liquidations.

Market makers always go for liquidity. Right now, the upside liquidity looks more attractive.
