Building a foundation of trust among artificial intelligence entities requires a reliable system for transferable identification. The HCS-14 standard provides an excellent solution by assigning a Universal Agent ID to every AI agent. This identifier integrates smoothly with Web2 and Web3 environments, alongside various agent frameworks such as HCS-10, MCP, and A2A. Because the system is entirely cryptographically verifiable, it eliminates the need for any centralized governing body. The result is a single, unified identifier that operates flawlessly across any protocol.
