PRICE IS CURRENTLY TESTING A CRITICAL AREA.
A confirmed breakout above this zone could trigger a strong buying move, while a breakdown below the lower level may open the door for a deeper sell-off.
For now, price action around these levels is key.
Let the market confirm the direction before taking the trade. 📊

🚨 $BTC — WEAK JOBS DATA JUST CHANGED THE MACRO PICTURE.
September payrolls came in at just 29K, far below the 84K forecast, while unemployment climbed to 4.2%.
Markets immediately repriced rate expectations, sending Treasury yields lower as Bitcoin pushed toward $87K.
Here’s the key:
A cooling labor market gives the Fed less pressure to keep tightening aggressively. That can improve liquidity conditions and increase appetite for risk assets.
And when liquidity starts moving back toward risk...
Bitcoin and crypto are usually among the first markets traders watch. 👀

ABŞ-da büdcə boşluğu fonunda SEC kriptovalyuta əsaslı ETF-lərin yenidən baxışını dondurur
ABŞ-ın Qiymətli Kağızlar və Birja Komissiyası (SEC) kriptovalyuta əsaslı birja ticarət fondlarına (ETF) dair yeni müraciətlərin baxılması və təsdiqlənməsi prosesini müvəqqəti dayandırıb. Qərar, ABŞ-da yeni maliyyə ilinin başlanmasından sonra Konqresin federal büdcəni vaxtında təsdiqləməməsi nəticəsində maliyyələşmənin (funding lapse) kəsilməsi və qeyri-mütləq işçi heyətinin məzuniyyətə göndərilməsi ilə qüvvəyə minib.
Qərarın əhatə dairəsi: Nə dayandırılır, nə isə davam edir?
Büdcə ayrılmasının olmaması səbəbilə fövqəladə planın tətbiqi agentliyin iş dinamikasını dəyişib:
Yeni ETF müraciətləri fasilədə: 19b-4 və S-1/N-1A formulları üzrə hazırkı vəziyyətdə olan sənədlər dondurulub. SEC dondurulma müddəti bitənə qədər effektivlik barədə bəyanatlar və ya rəy məktubları verməyəcək.
90-dan çox müraciət təsirlənib: Təsdiqini gözləyən doxsanadək maliyyə məhsulu — müxtəlif rəqəmsal aktivlərə dair təklifləri və kombinə edilmiş strategiyaları da daxil etməklə — baxış qrafikləri dayandırılmış vəziyyətdədir.
Mövcud ETF-lər fəaliyyətini davam etdirir: Əvvəlcədən təsdiqlənmiş və birjada kotirovkada olan Bitcoin və Ethereum spot fondları (məsələn, BlackRock-un IBIT-i və Fidelity-nin FBTC-i) ikincil bazarlarda normal şəkildə ticarət edilməkdə davam edir.
Nəzarətdə saxlanmalı növbəti addımlar
SEC analizlərinin yenidən başlaması ABŞ Konqresindəki siyasi qərardan asılıdır. Təcililiklə (Continuing Resolution) və ya yekun büdcə təsdiqlənən kimi SEC öz adi fəaliyyətini bərpa edəcək və yığılmış müraciətlərə təqdim edilmə sırasına uyğun olaraq baxacaq.
