Ever since I opened shorts on $BAKE and $HIFI , I couldn’t help but keep staring at charts.

Hopefully just 2 more days and I hope I don’t open an active trade anytime soon again.

Is the #BinanceSquare only used for crypto/market thoughts or can this be used as a regular social media like twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc?

At this point if there’s a coin you’re holding in losses for a long time, the only hope of ever recovering from it seems like Binance announcing a delist and then it pumps into oblivion pulling you out of your misery.

$HIFI $ALPACA $BAKE

@CZ could make a deal with India’s biggest fantasy sports company Dream11 to come on chain and use BNB Chain. They’re valued at $8 billion.

For context, India has banned real money gaming outright. Since the government doesn’t consider crypto real money, this could be change that benefits both crypto and Dream11.

Just imagine the number of users they can onboard with such a huge userbase!

$HIFI seems like a monster unless you have a huge risk appetite. But I believe the only good way to trade this is to short it above 0.6-0.7

If you have a small capital, you would be wise to stay away from this one. Unfortunately, I’m stuck in this and hopefully will play out as expected.$

Day 2:

As we have discussed before, trading futures is just purchasing the contract of a token/coin and not the actual asset.

Futures generally mean you’ll be able to long, or short a contract. The contract will have an expiry, date, which is in the name itself, for ex., $BTCUSDT Qtly0926, which means the contract expires on 26 September at 08:00 UTC, and positions related to this will be settled/liquidated at the price at that point.

In #BinanceFutures , there are two kinds of futures.
One is quarterly as explained above, and the second is perpetual futures which is called perps in short, this doesn’t expire and you can keep the position open as long as you would like or until it’s liquidated due to loss/delisting. You’ll be able to long or short or do both on Binance.

I believe the time to short these has now passed, and we should leave them alone.

So instead of thinking of these like delisting pump, which could be dangerous if the coin doesn’t pump, we can wait for it to pump and then short. That way there’s certainty that it will go down at some point.

It’s a good area to short $BAKE anywhere above this region. Reasons are below:

1. it’s going to be delisted from spot soon
2. Funding is positive, discouraging longs
3. The team is not active at all on X/Twitter.

For context India recently banned real money gaming which is a 23 billion dollar industry.

What if Sandeep Nailwal could convince Dream11, which is valued at $8 billion to use cryptocurrency/Polygon for their business, because crypto is not considered “real money” in India.

Imagine the number of new users they could onboard!!

What is futures trading?

Futures trading is not the same as how you trade in spot.
In spot trading you can buy the actual coin/token, but in futures trading you will only be purchasing the contract related to that coin, for ex., $BTC which is called a position.

The advantage in futures is you can use leverage, using which you can open a position that is worth much more than the funds you have in your wallet.
