What if a bear market comes?
That's what the market wants, and it would be an anticlimax.

What if a bull market happens? That's what we want, but I'm not sure how long it will last, so stay alert.

The condition UPDATE:

We're currently approaching the bear and bull line. If you want to be safe with a long position, it's best to enter once the first resistance level at 106,000-108,000 is reached (after reversal).

However, if you want to catch the bottom with the potential for losses (if a bear market occurs), I think BTC will likely reach 96,000-98,000 at its maximum. At that point, you can enter your desired alts.

Does a bear market have a WCL?
Yes.

When is the time?
Just calculate it based on the WCL time we already know, calculated from the current WCL.

If during a bull market, the price in the WCL falls, what about in a bear market?
Conversely, the price rises.

How much does it increase?
More or less the same as a bull market, obviously everyone will shout bullish, and there will be a lot of bullish news. It's time to go long there while we're in the WCL window.

The 2 WCLs passed are the target of the bear market. The bottom price will be between WCL 2 & 3.
