I think btc isn't bottomed here.. It will range for a while around 80k mark.... accumualtion will go on for a while.... Then big upmove will start with d announcement of QE.. QT will end on 1st Dec..but Powell didn't make any announcement of QE.. Once it's done.. Btc will move up.!..
This is d time to buy irrespective of bull or bear run.. This is d zone to spot buy 94-85k If bull run u will get higher highs for sure 150k even if it's bear run u will get to 105k to liquidate short squeeze.. In any scenario u will get above 100k....!!
