Ethereum’s ETF numbers just gave me a small signal — but it’s much too early to call it a recovery.
U.S. spotted Ethereum ETFs recorded roughly $4.4 million in net inflows on October 23.
That sounds positive.
But here’s the part that caught my attention.
The previous session, October 22, saw roughly $110.6 million in net outflows.
So the latest $4.4 million inflow only recovered a small part of what left the market one day earlier.
Looking at October 19–23 together, Ethereum ETFs still recorded roughly $220.7 million in net outflows.
$ETH itself is around $2.35K today, and Binance shows it down roughly 1.1% over the past 24 hours.
This is why I’m not treating one green ETF-flow day as proof that institutional demand has returned.
For me, the more important question is consistency.
Do we see several positive sessions from here, or does another large outflow appear?
That distinction matters because one positive day can change the headline, but a sustained flow trend tells a much stronger story.
I’m not trying to predict where $ETH goes next.
I’m simply watching whether the ETF data starts improving consistently.
What matters more to you when analysing ETH: ETF flows, price action, or on-chain activity?
