The fundraise aims to strengthen OKX’s long-term market infrastructure. This round builds on the March 2026 investment when the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) invested $200M at the same $25B valuation.
The raise comes shortly after OKX launched a new product and made a regulatory filing. The exchange recently introduced a money app for emerging-market stablecoin users, allowing them to convert local currency into dollar-pegged stablecoins such as USDC and USDG.
