$AMCB Chief Executive Adam Aron mentioned Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev and Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallagher. Aron said that Robinhood had previously supported the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)’s position on U.S. stock tokenization, including the idea that tokenized stocks should have voting rights and that companies should have the option to opt out.
Aron said that if Robinhood does not apply the same principles to its international business, it would be hypocritical. Adam Aron also urged Robinhood not to go against the SEC’s position, saying, “Don’t disrespect the SEC.”
