Something feels different about Bitcoin’s ETF story this week. $BTC briefly moved above $87K before pulling back toward the mid-$84K area, but the interesting part is what happened underneath the price.

U.S. spot $BTC ETFs recorded about $347 million in net inflows on September 24, making it the fifth consecutive session of positive flows. Across those five sessions, the ETFs attracted roughly $2.65 billion, according to So Value data. That matters to me because the price has been cooling while ETF demand has remained positive instead of immediately reversing. At the same time, today’s large $BTC options expiry means there is another market event traders are watching closely, so I don’t think one day of price action tells the whole story. I’m more interested in whether ETF demand stays consistent after this week’s volatility settles.
