CLARITY Act failed yesterday. Needed 60 votes. Didn't get them.
This bill was supposed to give crypto companies clear rules in the US. Years of work. Gone, at least until 2027.
Some people are saying this is bad news. Some are saying it doesn't matter, price will do what it wants anyway.
I'm actually in the second camp. Rules or no rules, money still moved into ETH ETFs the same week this failed.
