Nvidia just posted Q2 revenue of $96B — up 106% year-over-year. Guiding $108B for Q3, which would be +89% YoY. Net income? $59.7B, up 126%. Profit margin at 66%.

These are absurd numbers. Historically absurd. The kind you see maybe once or twice in a generation from a single company.

But here's the thing: when numbers get this good, the bar gets impossibly high. Miss by 5%? Stock tanks. Guide conservatively? Panic. The market stops rewarding perfection and starts punishing anything less.

This is what happens at peaks. Not saying $NVDA is done — maybe they keep crushing it for years. But at some point, the math just stops mathing. Growth rates like this don't compound forever. They can't.

If you own it, enjoy the ride. But don't confuse a great company with a risk-free investment. The higher it goes, the harder the expectations game gets.
