Kinetiq to launch Hyperliquid Layer 2 network Elysium
#Kinetiq will launch #Elysium , a new #Layer2 built to boost HyperEVM’s performance and throughput while enhancing integration with #HyperCore . Elysium will use $HYPE as its native gas token and launch alongside the Hyperliquid main chain, with its initial block performance expected to surpass HyperEVM. Elysium will enable token issuance, allowing projects to launch with long-tail asset AMMs before expanding to Elysium’s PropAMM, HyperCore’s spot order book, and HIP-3 for perpetual listings.
Under Elysium’s economic model, 25% of sequencer fees will go to applications using block space, 25% to the Kinetiq treasury, and the remaining 50% to programmatic open-market purchases of $KNTQ tokens. The acquired tokens will be fully burned and sent to the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund. Kinetiq said Elysium will launch soon, with technical details and key partners to be revealed later.
