DUSK is interesting to me because the RWA story probably can’t be only about putting real-world assets on-chain.

Privacy matters too.

Think about banks, funds or regulated institutions using blockchain while every transaction and sensitive financial detail is sitting publicly on a ledger. You get the efficiency, sure, but there’s still a practicality problem.

That’s where Dusk Network gets interesting.

It’s a Layer-1 focused on financial applications and privacy, and its XSC (Confidential Security Contract) standard is designed to support confidential smart contracts.

The idea is pretty simple: get the benefits of blockchain without making sensitive financial information unnecessarily public.

For me, this is the part worth watching.

If RWA adoption really grows in the next cycle, privacy might become much more than just a nice feature. It could become a requirement.

But there’s a catch.

A strong narrative doesn’t automatically mean strong price action. DUSK still needs to prove itself through actual adoption, ecosystem growth, liquidity and network usage.

So the bigger question for me is:

Can private financial infrastructure become a major crypto narrative in the next cycle?

Or is DUSK still an early-stage bet that needs a lot more adoption first?
