One thing I think DeFi still needs more of: predictability.

In a market where borrowing costs and lending yields can change constantly, it can be difficult to plan a strategy beyond the short term.

That’s where @TermMax caught my attention.

Instead of only focusing on variable-rate markets, TermMax is building around fixed rates and fixed maturities — allowing users to know the rate and maturity of a position upfront.

And the interesting part is that this isn’t just about lending and borrowing.

TermMax is expanding the same fixed-rate infrastructure into leverage, long/short products, dual investment, vaults and even limit orders.

For me, the bigger picture is simple:

DeFi is becoming more sophisticated, and predictable financial products could play a bigger role as more capital moves on-chain.

TermMax is an interesting project to watch as this fixed-rate DeFi narrative develops. 👀

Sometimes the next evolution of DeFi isn’t about more leverage.

It’s about having more control over the numbers.
