The more I looked into fixed-rate strategies on TermMax, the more I realized the fixed rate can actually shape the trade itself.

For example, you could take a fixed-cost loan on TermMax and place those funds into a floating-rate opportunity elsewhere. Or take the other side, using floating-rate borrowing while locking in a fixed lending return on TermMax.

You can also compare fixed markets directly, borrowing where the fixed cost is lower and lending where the fixed return is higher. The numbers are easier to map out because the rates on both sides are known upfront.

So for me, the interesting part isnt just rate stability…. its having predictable financing become part of the strategy.
