You’re Selling USDT at 25,200 VND. Then Someone Messages:
“Bro, I need it urgently. I’ll pay 25,500. Just sell it to me quickly.”
Sounds tempting. Who would say no to extra money?

But this is a red flag. In P2P trading, a price that looks too good often comes with much bigger risks. A buyer offering an unusually high price may have a reason: they could be using a bank account that doesn’t belong to them, preparing a fake payment receipt, or trying to move you off Binance to “trade directly and save time.”

If you receive money from someone else’s bank account, the real account owner could report the transaction at any time. The money you received could be reversed, and your bank account could potentially be frozen. Meanwhile, you may have already released the USDT.

My rule: I only accept a P2P trade when the buyer’s bank account name matches the verified KYC name on Binance. If the names don’t match, I cancel the order immediately — no matter how high the offer is.

On P2P, the best price isn’t always the highest price.
The best price is the safest price.
