Privacy Meets RWAs

I’ve been thinking about something that gets overlooked in the RWA conversation.

Putting bonds, funds, and other real-world assets on-chain can make markets more efficient, but institutions can’t operate as if every piece of financial information should be visible to everyone.

A transaction may need to be verifiable without revealing every sensitive detail behind it.

That’s what makes @Dusk_Foundation interesting to me.

The project is working around a difficult balance: privacy for sensitive financial data, while still allowing transactions and rules to be verified.

For tokenized assets, that distinction could matter a lot.

Institutions need compliance.
Markets need transparency.
Businesses need confidentiality.

You can’t simply maximize one and ignore the others.

What I find interesting about Dusk is the idea of making financial activity selectively verifiable rather than completely public or completely hidden.

If tokenized RWAs are eventually going to move beyond experiments and into serious institutional use, privacy may not be an optional feature.

It could be part of the infrastructure.

That’s the part of the @Dusk_Foundation approach I’ll be watching closely.
