The Math of MSTRB NAV Premium — Auditing Bitcoin Backing Per Share

When I audit $MSTRB (MicroStrategy), I don’t treat it as a standard software stock; it’s a mathematical proxy for Bitcoin reserves. Because $MSTRB operates as a 24/7 bStock on the BNB Chain with a $5 fractional floor, I audit the "BTC Backing per Share" to measure the actual NAV (Net Asset Value) premium.

Here is my math for the Bitcoin Backing Delta:

The Calculation Example ($MSTRB):

Outstanding Shares: 17,700,000 Shares.

Bitcoin Reserves: 226,331 BTC @ $65,000 = $14.71B.

BTC Backing per Share: 226,331 BTC / 17,700,000 = 0.012787 BTC/share ($831.15 BTC value per share).

The NAV Multiplier Logic:

Market Share Price: $1,500.00 per share.

NAV Premium Ratio: ($1,500.00 / $831.15) - 1 = +80.47% NAV Premium (1.805x NAV).

Leverage Multiplier: Every +1.0% BTC price move yields an average +1.81% move in $MSTRB.

From an auditing perspective, paying an 80.47% premium means you're buying liquid leverage. With bStocks, you can trade this 1.81x correlation math 24/7 using your existing USDT balance with zero US brokerage paperwork.
