I have a strange rule for links that appear during a Binance P2P Order...
the more urgent they look, the less interested i become in clicking.
honestly, an official-looking page proves nothing to me by itself.
imagine i am selling through a 9,450,000 VNĐ Order.
beforehand, i have already checked the counterparty profile, completion rate and payment details.
then the buyer marks payment complete.
a link appears in chat with instructions to “verify” something quickly.
another message follows.
then another.
Release now.
confirm here.
hurry.
that is when i stop touching links and open the one place that actually answers my question: my own banking app.
9,450,000 VNĐ received?
then i can verify the payment properly.
0 VNĐ received?
the crypto stays in Escrow.
simple.
a polished page cannot confirm my bank balance.
a screenshot cannot Release crypto for me.
pressure definitely cannot.
i also keep the entire conversation inside Binance P2P, along with the Order ID, payment proof and relevant chat history.
if the link or request still looks suspicious, i do not investigate it by clicking around.
i pause, use Appeal when appropriate, and contact Binance Support through the official platform.
my personal rule is probably stricter than necessary...
during a P2P Order, information should help me verify the trade.
if it tries to rush me past verification instead, i treat that as a Red Flag.

what makes you more suspicious during a P2P trade... an unfamiliar link or sudden pressure to act quickly?
