bStocks are tokenized securities available on Binance.
Each one is designed to be backed 1:1 by a real U.S. share held at a regulated custodian.
Here’s the simple difference:
📄 Traditional stocks
→ You get beneficial ownership of the actual share
→ Trading mostly during market hours
→ Settlement usually takes time (T+1)
🔗 bStocks
→ You hold a token that gives economic exposure to the stock’s price performance
→ Can be traded 24/7 on Binance Spot
→ Near-instant on-chain settlement
→ Can be withdrawn for self-custody (as BEP-20 tokens on BNB Smart Chain)
