Payment instructions, chat messages, confirmation, and crypto release all remain linked in one place. That complete timeline becomes valuable evidence if Binance Support ever needs to review what actually happened during a trade.
Before sending or releasing anything, I review the merchant's completion rate, trading history, verified profile, and make sure the payment account name matches the order details. Once the buyer marks the payment as completed, I verify the funds directly in my banking app instead of relying on screenshots or payment notifications.
I also become more cautious whenever the payment account suddenly changes, the other party pushes for an immediate release, or the transaction starts becoming inconsistent with the original order. Rather than rushing to finish the trade, I keep the Order ID, payment receipt, and chat history so the Appeal process has complete information if it is ever required.
