• Multisig setups (2-of-3 or 3-of-5) across different wallet types
• Air-gapped devices that NEVER touch the internet
• Split your stack - don't keep everything in one place
• For large holdings: institutional custody (Coinbase Custody, Fireblocks) isn't cope anymore
• Never store seed phrases digitally. Steel plates > paper
The days of "just buy a Ledger and you're safe" are over. If you're holding serious capital, treat security like the banks do - redundancy, isolation, and multiple layers.
