保姆级教程：通过 VPS + v2ray-agent + Clash 获得干净海外 IP，降低 Claude / ChatGPT 封号风险

我相信Claude的用户很少没人不被封过号。所以配置干净的 IP 避免封号已经成为 AI 用户的刚需。

具体过程（更加详细的过程请查看仓库）：
1. 购买海外 VPS 云服务器（推荐 VMiss，自用）
2. 用 SSH 连接 VPS 服务器
3. 在 VPS 上搭建 VPN 服务（使用 v2ray-agent）
4. 把生成的订阅链接导入本地 Clash，开启 TUN 模式
