#SolanaFuturesOIDown30Percent
I am watching Solana futures closely today, and the recent drop in Open Interest honestly says a lot about the current market mood.

A near 30% decline in OI usually means excessive leverage is finally getting cleared out of the system. Weak hands get washed, crowded positions cool off, and the market starts breathing again.

What makes this intresting is that price hase not completely collapsed with it.
That’s important.

Sometimes these kind of resets actually help the structure instead of damaging it. When leverage disappears but price still holds relatively stable, it often points toward a healthier market environment rather than pure panic.

Right now it feels more like a positioning reset than a full bearish breakdown.

The next move probably depends on how volume and fresh participation return from here. If OI starts rebuilding slowly while price remains stable, momentum can come back pretty fast. But if both continue falling together, then weakness across the market could expand further.

For now, SOL looks like it’s sitting in a major decision zone, and the next few sessions may define the short-term direction.
