How CT scammers quietly use your liquidity 🤡
It’s actually pretty simple:
Step 1 — Find a low-cap coin, usually under $10–20M market cap.
Step 2 — Build a large position quietly. $50K, $100K, or whatever they can afford.
Step 3 — Start selling the dream.
“Look at this chart. It’s exactly like $BTR before the pump. $1 is coming. The next $BANK could do 2,000%.”
And just like that, FOMO kicks in. 🚀
Their followers rush to buy, providing the liquidity needed for the scammer to sell into.
Then comes the dump.
The scammer exits 10–20% lower than the peak, while followers are left holding the bags and waiting for a “moon” that may never come.
And when things go wrong?
They cancel the call and blame the market:
“Too many people FOMO’d.”
“It hit Binance Top Gainers.”
“Risk is too high now.”
“I’m still bullish, but…”
Blah blah blah. 🤡
The truth is, they don’t need to manipulate the chart themselves.
They just need enough people to buy their bags.
Step 4 — Go silent for a few days.
Let everyone forget.
Then find another low-cap coin and repeat the cycle.
Don’t confuse someone’s conviction with your own due diligence. In low-liquidity markets, you might be the exit liquidity without even realizing it.

I was looking at Bitcoin’s ATH drawdown chart today, and one thing really stood out to me.

Compared to previous cycles, this correction doesn’t seem nearly as severe. $BTC has only dropped about 53% from its 2025 all-time high of $126K, which is quite unusual when you look at historical bear market drawdowns.

It makes me wonder whether ETFs and corporate treasury accumulation are starting to change the market’s dynamics. Are we seeing a different kind of cycle, or is it still too early to tell?

For now, I’m not rushing to any conclusions. I’d rather watch how things develop over the next few weeks before making any strong assumptions.
