According to PANews, data from Coinglass reveals that the cryptocurrency market has seen a total contract liquidation of $143 million in the past 24 hours. This has affected 54,366 individuals, with long positions liquidated amounting to $43.45 million and short positions liquidated reaching $99.27 million.
The Bitcoin (BTC) liquidation totalled approximately $52.72 million, while Ethereum (ETH) liquidations amounted to $21.52 million. This significant liquidation event has had a substantial impact on the cryptocurrency market, affecting a large number of traders and their positions.
