كثير من المتداولين يدخلون الأسواق وهم يعتقدون أن الخصم الوحيد هو السوق نفسه. يبحثون عن الاستراتيجية المثالية، ويجربون عشرات المؤشرات، ويغيرون المنصات بحثاً عن السر الذي سيحقق لهم النجاح. لكن الحقيقة أبسط وأعمق بكثير مما يتوقعون.

بل هي معركة بين الإنسان ونفسه.
في معظم الحالات، لا تكون المشكلة في الاستراتيجية، ولا في المؤشرات الفنية، ولا في منصة التداول. المشكلة الحقيقية تكمن في الشخص الذي يجلس أمام الشاشة. الشخص الذي يفتح الصفقات بدافع الطمع، ويغلقها بدافع الخوف، ويكسر قواعده في أول خسارة، ويضاعف مخاطره بعد سلسلة أرباح. هذا الشخص هو الخصم الأول والأخطر.
السوق محايد. لا يعرفك ولا يهتم بك. هو مجرد انعكاس لقرارات ملايين المشاركين. أما أنت، فتحمل داخل رأسك كل ما يمكن أن يدمّرك: العواطف، الانحيازات، الرغبة في الانتقام من السوق، والإحساس الزائف بالسيطرة.
لماذا تفشل معظم الاستراتيجيات؟
ليس لأن الاستراتيجية سيئة بالضرورة، بل لأن صاحبها لم يتعلم السيطرة على نفسه. يمكن أن تكون لديك أفضل خطة تداول في العالم، لكن إذا لم تستطع:
الالتزام بقواعد الدخول والخروج
التحكم في حجم المخاطرة
قبول الخسارة كجزء طبيعي من اللعبة
تجنب التداول الانتقامي بعد صفقة خاسرة
فإن كل ما تعلمته سيتحول إلى مجرد كلمات على الورق.
النجاح في التداول ليس مسألة ذكاء أو معرفة فنية فقط. إنه مسألة انضباط نفسي أولاً. المتداول المحترف ليس من يربح كل صفقة، بل من يستطيع أن يخسر بهدوء، ويربح بهدوء، ويستمر في تطبيق خطته يوماً بعد يوم دون أن ينجرف وراء مشاعره.

ضع خطة مكتوبة وواضحة، والتزم بها كأنها قانون. لا تسمح لنفسك بالاستثناءات.
افصل هويتك عن نتائج صفقاتك
صفقة خاسرة لا تعني أنك فاشل. وصفقة رابحة لا تعني أنك عبقري. النتائج جزء من اللعبة، وليست حكماً على قيمتك.
تدرب على الصبر والانضباط .
التداول الناجح ممل في كثير من الأحيان. إذا كنت تبحث عن الإثارة، فأنت في المكان الخطأ.
في النهاية، السوق لا يهزم أحداً. الذي يهزم نفسه هو الذي يخرج خاسراً. والذي ينتصر على نفسه، يجد أن السوق يصبح مجرد ساحة يلعب فيها بقواعده الخاصة.
