2020年10月，美国CFTC指控其非法运营，违反《银行保密法》，CTO被捕，前CEO海耶斯等高管一度逃亡。后续海耶斯等人认罪，需支付1000万美元罚款，海耶斯被判处两年缓刑且前六个月居家监禁。平台还与美国财政部达成和解，承认未就近600起可疑交易提交报告，涉及超2亿美元可疑交易。
