大部分人都以为，交易的秘诀是多学几个策略，多懂点宏观，多看点图形。其实完全搞反了。真正的突破点，从来不是你终于看懂多少根K线，而是你终于肯直视自己那些已经烂掉的地方：你的恐惧，你的面子，你那点见不得人的小恶魔。

我经常跟朋友半开玩笑但又是认真的说一句话：一个人没被爆过三次仓，很难真正变成长期赚钱的交易者。因为“赢”从来不是今天赚到多少钱，而是明年你还拿不拿得住这些钱，而不是又一次把自己作到爆掉。

我在币圈挨过三次几乎把人打残的暴击。每一次事故之后，我都真心觉得“这回懂了，我成熟了，我有纪律了，我准备好了”。结果市场抬手又给一巴掌，打得我很清楚: 我根本还没学会。我留不住钱，是因为那个又弱又爱面子、又不肯认输、又喜欢自欺的自己，还活得好好的。只要这些版本的你还在，你就会一遍一遍，把赚来的胜利重新丢回火里烧掉。

这些不是我乱说。只要是研究“人”的领域，心理学、哲学、宗教，其实都在讲同一件事: 旧的那个“你”，必须先死掉。荣格叫“面对你的阴影”，尼采讲“杀掉虚假的自我”，佛学讲“放下我执”，圣经说“脱去旧人，穿上新人”。说法不一样，真相是一个: 你得先“死”一次，才开始真正活。

在交易里，在人生里，这种“死”不是简单亏了多少钱，而是有一部分自我被拆掉了: 那个一恐慌就乱砍、一贪心就乱梭哈、一失败就开始骗自己的那部分。而“重生”是从什么时候开始的？是从你终于敢把自己撕开，用第三视角冷静地看着那个赤裸裸的自己开始: 你的性格，你的长处，你的短板，你真正的欲望，还有那些行情好的时候你死都不想面对的部分。

只有在那种又黑又疼、整个人被劈开一条缝的阶段，你才会慢慢看到，什么才是真正适合你的路，你到底是为了什么而活，你真正在意的是什么，如果你不再骗自己，你的人生可以被走成什么样。有人说，真正的快乐，是当你的天赋、你的兴趣和你愿意为之拼命的努力，终于指向同一个方向的时候。而你能不能找到这个方向，很大程度上就看一件事: 你有没有被生活，真的劈开过几次。大部分人一辈子到不了那一步，并不是不聪明，只是他们从来没有碎得够彻底。
