I've been watching Babylon (BABY) closely, and what stands out to me isn't just the technology—it's the philosophy behind it.

I think Bitcoin has spent years proving it can be the most secure decentralized network. The question has always been: Can that security be useful beyond Bitcoin itself? Babylon feels like one of the first serious attempts to answer that.

What I like is that I don't have to choose between utility and ownership. If I'm staking BTC, I still want it under my control. Self-custody isn't a feature to me—it's the foundation. Babylon builds around that instead of asking users to compromise.

I'm also paying attention to the bigger picture. If PoS networks can benefit from Bitcoin's economic security without moving BTC off the Bitcoin network, that's a meaningful shift. It changes how I think about Bitcoin's role in the broader ecosystem.

I'm not looking at BABY as just another token. I'm looking at whether the protocol can create lasting infrastructure. If it succeeds, I think people will remember Babylon for expanding what Bitcoin can do rather than trying to change what Bitcoin is.

I'm staying realistic because execution matters. But if the team delivers on its vision, I believe Babylon could become one of the most important infrastructure projects connecting Bitcoin with the next generation of blockchain networks.
