Binance support will never ask you to send money to any address for any reason. If someone asks you to do this, they are trying to scam you and should be ignored. Report these users to an administrator as soon as possible.

Binance Support representatives are not involved in chats with users using private messages. Our team will never ask you to reveal your sensitive information, such as account email address, password or 2FA backup key.

If you’ve experienced a problem or issue, you should submit a support ticket or chat with the Support team through the Binance chat feature. The chat is currently available on our Binance mobile app for iOS and Android and also on our official website https://www.binance.com.
