The CFTC Filed Crypto Rules. Almost Nothing Is Settled Yet.
The CFTC has sent two draft rules, "Regulation Crypto Asset Transactions" and "Regulation Crypto Asset Markets", to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, days after the Clarity Act failed a Senate procedural vote. Three things are worth separating from the headline.
1. A filing is not a rule. OIRA review comes first. Then the commission has to vote to issue the proposal, then public comment, then a further step...
$ZEC pushes toward $1,600 after reaching $1,582.94. The 4H chart shows higher highs and higher lows, but RSI near 75 signals stretched momentum.
R1: $1,583
R2: $1,600
S1: $1,480–$1,500
S2: $1,420–$1,450
A 4H close above $1,600 followed by a successful retest would strengthen the bullish setup. Losing $1,480 raises the risk of a deeper pullback.
ZEC’s momentum is strong. Claims of leading ETH need more evidence. Protect profits near resistance and avoid chasing a green candle.
