I am facing one of the most difficult and heartbreaking realities of my life. For the past few days, I have been going through an unimaginable mental storm, unable to open up to anyone. But today, my back is against the wall, and I am forced to share this online.
A few days ago, my mother was diagnosed with a severe health complication. After tests and checkups, the doctor stated that she has Gallbladder Stones with a serious infection, and she urgently needs surgery and proper medical treatment. Arranging the required funds of around a hundred thousand BDT was already a massive struggle for our family.
To handle the situation, my father managed to gather some hard-earned savings and borrowed money from relatives, and he went to withdraw the cash from a bank. But in a cruel twist of fate, right after collecting the money, a group of thieves cunningly snatched all of it and fled.
In the blink of an eye, our last remaining hope was taken away. Currently, my mother is suffering in the hospital bed in extreme pain. Because we are unable to pay the hospital bills and the surgery costs, we cannot proceed with her operation or even bring her home. I do not have a single penny left in my pocket to cover the daily medicine and cabin expenses.
Standing in the hospital hallway, I am completely lost and helpless. With my mother suffering, I have no other choice left but to plead for your help.
