XRP, DOGE, BCH & NEAR are leaving $BTC behind — but which move has real fuel? The market is finally broadening. Bitcoin pushed above $86K, but several altcoins are now moving faster. DOGE jumped more than 15% in the latest surge, XRP around 7%, while NEAR has also been among the stronger performers. BCH is showing a particularly sharp move today. But outperformance alone doesn't mean sustainable demand. Look at what happened during the recent rally: Bitcoin's move was helped by ETF demand and a large short squeeze, which then pushed traders further down the risk curve into altcoins. That's why I’d separate these rallies into two questions: 1. Is fresh capital entering? 2. Or is existing crypto liquidity rotating from BTC into higher-beta assets? XRP, for example, has shown strong price performance, but recent analysis suggests its rally has also been heavily influenced by internal crypto rotation and leverage rather than obvious fresh-money expansion. NEAR and BCH are showing strong momentum, while DOGE is benefiting from renewed risk appetite and speculative flows. The real confirmation comes if these coins can hold their gains after the initial momentum and liquidations disappear. Because a coin going up faster than $BTC is one signal. Holding those gains with genuine spot demand is another. So I'm watching: BTC → ETF/spot flows Altcoins → spot volume + liquidity Futures → whether leverage gets excessive If all three improve together, then this starts looking less like a rotation trade and more like a broader market expansion. Which one are you watching most closely?
