A direct question to Binance leadership — and especially to Richard Teng: I have reached a point where I seriously question whether I should ever deposit money with Binance again. I’m saying this as a customer, not as someone looking for free money. Over time, I have had multiple issues with rewards that I was expecting but never received. I was also supposed to receive a gift from Binance that, to this day, I have not received. I have already contacted Binance Support about these issues. I have also tried dealing with affiliate management, but the level of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing in my experience. And then there are campaigns and “Right-to-Earn” opportunities where users are encouraged to participate, only to end up with rewards that can be incredibly small. At some point, a customer has to ask: Where is the actual value for the user? I’m not accusing anyone of fraud without evidence. But when rewards are not received, promised gifts remain undelivered, support issues remain unresolved, and communication repeatedly fails, the experience can leave a customer feeling that way. So here is my direct request to Binance: Please look at my account history, my support chat history, my missing rewards, and the promised gift. Don’t give me another generic response. I want a proper explanation of what happened, what I was eligible for, what I actually received, and why anything owed to me was not delivered. And if Binance believes I’m wrong, prove it with the records. I’m tagging Binance leadership because this is no longer just about one small reward. It’s about customer trust. @CZ___ @Richard Teng #BİNANCE #BinanceUsers #CustomerSupport #RightToEarn #CryptoCommunity
