I don't think a Democratic sweep automatically means bad news for Bitcoin. The immediate concern is regulation. A Democratic controlled Congress could make it harder to pass crypto friendly legislation like the CLARITY Act, delaying the regulatory certainty the industry has been waiting for. But there's another side to this. Crypto needs clear rules regardless of which party controls Washington. Better regulation could eventually attract more institutional capital if it protects investors without restricting innovation. What's interesting is Bitcoin already recovered after dropping below $76K on the election news. To me, that suggests the market is looking beyond politics. I'd be watching three things now: the CLARITY Act, ETF flows and broader liquidity. Washington can influence crypto's direction, but it doesn't control Bitcoin's long term value. #Macro Insights#
