Sometimes. Binance offers a binding page for users who forgot the code at registration. You must meet all of the conditions below.
The 6 Conditions for Adding a Referral Code Later
You are within 30 days of registration.
The account has no deposit or trading activity.
The account has no existing referral relationship.
It is a parent account.
Your KYC details haven't been used on another account in the past 180 days.
The account isn't flagged as a wash trader.
How to Check If You Qualify
Log in and open the referral binding page. Ask yourself one question first: have you deposited or traded yet? If you have, this route isn't available.
Why You Can't Change a Referral Later
Once a referral relationship is set, Binance says it can't be changed or removed. Closing an account to sign up again with a new code doesn't work either. Binance can end referral benefits in that case.
