It wasn't — Finnhub just now has $BTC around $76,965, down 0.36% inside $76,388.88–$78,063.30, after TokenPost caught $76,972 at 00:40 UTC.
I'm leaning bearish, but lightly: the reclaim failed again, yet Nov 3 ETF outflows slowed to $52.6M (AlphaFinance) from $398.6M, and fear lifted to 34 from 26.
Hold $76,388.88 and $78,063.30 is back in play; lose it and I'm wrong. Bounce or break at $BTC $76,388.88?
