All six Turkish exchanges we track priced Bitcoin under the global dollar price on Nov 2. The Turkey Premium Index read -0.24% (-24.5 bps), a score of 40 / 100 and a neutral regime, below its 24 hour average of -15.2 bps.

The dollar leg accounts for most of it. Tether bought with lira traded -18.7 bps against the official USD/TRY rate, and the crypto leg added -5.8 bps. The discount sits mainly in how lira prices dollars on these exchanges rather than in Bitcoin.

CoinTR was the dearest venue at -11.5 bps, Binance TR the cheapest at -34.8 bps. This is a price gap, not a trade anyone can lock in after fees and transfers.
