75 Pyth Indices. Kalshi, Kraken, OKX Use Them 📊

OKX, the exchange associated with $OKB , is already using Pyth-calculated references for equity-index perps. And with $HYPE putting perpetual markets in the spotlight, I think there's a much bigger opportunity emerging around the data these venues need.

Pyth's latest update gives us three very different examples of real-world adoption.

Kalshi uses the Pyth US30 Index to resolve its US30 price markets.

Kraken has integrated Pyth Indices for oil perpetuals.

OKX incorporates Pyth-calculated index references alongside other inputs for equity-index perps.

What catches my attention is how different these use cases are.

Kalshi needs a dependable benchmark to determine market outcomes, Kraken needs pricing for oil derivatives, and OKX needs index references for equity exposure.

Pyth is supplying data for all three workflows.

That's particularly valuable as financial markets move beyond their traditional schedules. Some Pyth Indices deliver continuous 24/7 pricing, while others follow the trading hours of their underlying contracts.

The catalog has grown from 17 products in June to 75 stable feeds as of October 27, with 23 more in development.

Now look at the business numbers.

Pyth Indices generated $1.81M in ARR by the end of September, contributing to the network's $11.49M total ARR and 86% quarterly growth.

The DAO has also committed 100% of the funds it receives from Pyth products toward accumulating PYTH, giving commercial adoption a direct connection to its Reserve policy.

I think the next meaningful signal will be how many additional trading products adopt Pyth benchmarks.

Every new exchange product needs reliable pricing, and Pyth already has integrations with some of the biggest venues in the market.

That is a commercial opportunity worth following closely.
