President Trump brought the Winthrop University men's golf team onstage at his South Carolina rally after spotting them in a TV interview while flying in on Air Force One.
"I was watching coming in and I saw these guys interviewed. I said, 'these guys, look at them! The future of America. Handsome guys!'" Trump told the crowd, before taking selfies with the team.
He added: "If they can play as good as they look, they're going to win a lot of tournaments."
The impromptu moment drew cheers from rallygoers.
