AG Blanche is accusing Democrats of election manipulation in Alaska, claiming they're running a candidate with the same name as incumbent Senator Dan Sullivan to confuse voters.
"They are CHEATING. Right? Let's call it what it is: they are CHEATING," Blanche said, arguing the tactic is designed to siphon votes from Sullivan without competing on policy.
The DOJ is pursuing legal action. Court filings are underway to challenge the candidate's ballot placement.
