Ripple announced that The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) has enabled custody of XRP and the USD stablecoin RLUSD for eligible institutional clients. Ripple said eligible clients can use BNY's digital asset custody platform to safeguard, hold and transfer these assets. Ripple said BNY plans to support tokenized assets and investment products on the XRP Ledger. Ripple also said BNY and Ripple are exploring tokenized supply chain financing with working capital platform C2FO.
